Floyd is known for fighting dirty , so come on he hasnt done it since Hatton. Ortiz Cotto Mosley I dont mind it as its part of the game , but to say he hasnt done it is just plain ignorant.
Sneak dirty tactics in like Mayweather. Like putting your forearm in your opponents face or sucker punch him
 I think Maidana would have to make it a tough and rough fight but not that extreme :rofl Hell why not advocate a thumb to the eye along with your advise of throwing Money to the canvas A steel chair shot to the head, a few headbutts and maybe the figure four just to take away the leg movement .....geeeeez :smoke
The real issue is, and many people who do not like Mayweather seem to overlook this aspect of his boxing game: Mayweather is not as easy to rough up as you think. Mayweather is a very cagey fighter. He doesn't give up much, has under-rated strength, and knows every trick in the book. And people: the forearm is allowed to be put up for defense. As long as you don't strike with it by swinging it, it's all good. Just because the other boxer ran into it with his face as they lunged in with a sloppy punch, does not make it Mayweather's fault. This technique is as old as boxing basically. Mayweather will push off with the forearm on the inside as well, that is the only iffy area of that part of his defense. But again, it's not a "blatant foul." It's a "grey area" and as long as he doesn't extend the forearm/elbow out too much while doing it, it is not going to be called a foul.
Which is why Maidana should fight fire with fire. Floyd already has all of the advantages...so you have to even up the playing field any way you can.
I agree. You're not going to beat Mayweather by "being nice in the ring." It's all business in there, and I have no doubt Maidana would bring it to Floyd. Maidana has to get a little nasty, but it has to be controlled and calculated. I liked how he was throwing off Broner's attempt to clinch. It was very aggressive and he refused to be tied up. Some of it was dirty, but he did what was needed to avoid the clinch. Unfortunately, I think he'll find Broner's ability to clinch and force a break to be far inferior to Mayweather.
It's pretty fucking blatant the way mayweather does it. especially when he digs it into his opponent's neck. but...whatever. i'm used to the mayweather apologists.
And when Floyd beats Maidana or Khan people will continue to believe the farce that his weak competition is worthy of making him a top 35 p4p boxer all time.
Again, if he's so dirty, you have to ask yourself why he's only had 1 point deducted in his entire career.
same reason other fighters don't get points deducted for rabbit punching, punching on the break, etc. incompetent refereeing. It's not exactly a sport known for its integrity.
But there are plenty of fighters who have had several points deducted and have even been disqualified. Mayweather has only had 1 point deducted and that was over 10 years ago. If he's such a dirty fighter, you would expect him to have several point deductions over the course of a 45 fight career.
