Broner hasn't proven to be elite, beat a no name for a SWF paper title, beat a decent De Marco who hasn't beaten anybody. And then he cherry picks the lightest hitting WW champion Pauline and eeks out a decision. Maidana won have won those titles if he ever fought at those weights vs those opponents.

Maidana CAN win this fight by KO.

 

And Shoex is showing Maidana and Broners past fights now good **** and Maidana is soft in the body.

 

I said Matthysse was his hardest fight/biggest threat along with Thurman at 140-147.
You also recently said Matthysse got dominated by Danny when 99 percent of boxing fans including experts saw it as a very close fight.

Never been stopped though, gets up and fights even better after being dropped at times. Does Broner even have the power to hurt him?, who knows but we shall find out soon.

if Maidana is c level so is Matthysse. he has no "special effects" except punching power, which Maidana also has.

This is a big step up for Broner in only his second fight at the weight. Maidana has his flaws, but, he is a tough customer and he has held his own against some talented fighters. In fact he has improved, technically, under Garcia. Broner should definitely get his credit if he wins a decision and huge praise for a stoppage.

The dismissive shove by Maidana made me chuckle though. 😄 Broner's swag took a hit right there.
