Im not sure he is in amazing shape , yeah he is cut , but actually doesnt look bigger than he was when 10lbs lighter.

Hasnt really filled out. Will look smaller than Maidana who is really a junior welter.

 

I would love to see Broner knocked out cold. I just can't see Maidana doing it.

 

Broner wins a wide UD, Maidana is just to slow and crude, Broner ain't anything amazing but Maidana is far to hittable and frankly a B level fighter, Golden Boy aren't going to cash out on Broner yet. They have matched him wisely we will see that tonight. Broner gets little credit from me if he wins a decision if he KO's Maidana then i'll be impressed winning against Maidana isn't that impressive.

To be fair to Maidana he is decent, i would have him above C level he is above a contender, Broner i feel could be A level certainly has the talent to be he wan't vs Paulie or anything but he is a level above Marcos

I don't think it is a matter of giving Broner credit. Broner is a talented fighter. Credit is given. However, he acts like a neglected child, with poor manners and deep insecurity. Sure, there are some who are Broner fans but that is only because they feel he will win. Otherwise, he is a chump, no one would pull for.

In all likelihood, Broner beats a much slower, plodding Maidana. But as we all know, Maidana has power and that alone can be a great leveler.

The heart says Maidana, but the head says Broner.

 

Broner getting knocked out would make for a perfect evening.
