Maidana vs Holt

Holt by KO. Maidana is too open and walks straight in. Holt puts him to sleep like a baby.

 

I'm picking maidana UD or late KO.....I like kendall, but after this loss, and if it's a KO loss...he will be the new edner cherry of the 140 division(gatekeeper)

 

^he's gotta lose first. and IMO Holt too inconsistent to be a gatekeeper

Paulie Malignaggi will be a gatekeeper before Holt does.

 

how convenient that you pick Edner Cherry of all fighters

a career Lightweight, who lost when he moved up to 140 (to Paulie and Bradley)

 

off subject, but the only thing holt does better then paulie is his power...

I like kendall as a person, but I don't see him making noise in the division...why i make the cherry comparison, is cherry was the barometer for then "up and comers" paulie and bradley, a guy that is solid and little bit better then a typical journeyman.....once maidana convincingly beats holt by UD or late KO....holt will be the barometer for the young guys in the 140 division....

 

well unfortunately Holt's problem is consistency .. and that fight vs Bradley could have been his last shot .. or maybe its right here vs Maidana.

I still feel Kendall fights better when his back is against the wall, and in a fight like this perfect example.

but for Holt, in this fight at the very least has a punchers chance and up against someone who got dropped 3x last fight out Holt very well could win.

if he can get off first and hurt Maidana, Holt can get the W.

 

and if Holt's a soon to be gatekeeper

then what is Paulie? He already went up against the best at 140 in Hatton and was blown out of the water

and right now is trying to get a rematch vs a lightweight

(which would prove what again?)
