I don't think Pacquiao can beat Maidana by the way of stoppage.

He hasnt knocked anybody out in ages.
Algeri with 20 fights went the distance and was never close to being stopped.
Remember - Maidona never been stopped, stronger, meaner and hits harder than Pac.

If you're assessing Maidana without his current trainer Robert Garcia.. You are clueless.

Pac on points - he's just all wrong for Maidana.

And he comes to fight, which is Pacquiao's bread and butter. Algieri was dropped six times, running away. I wonder how long it'd take for him to drop Maidana with him fighting toe-to-toe.

Arum might as well schedule this fight if they want Pac to look good again.
This will be worse than Pac-Algieri because Maidana would get KO'd early.
I think Pac can still take bombs even at this point in his career and once he caught Maidana with a flush left straight, it's gonna be lights out.

You seem to forget that Aligieri was in a cage the entire night.
That is why he was running all night long -- and yet was dropped repeatedly.
You gotta be a huge Pac hater to not see that if you replaced Algieri with a come forward Maidana, it's gonna be Hatton all over again.

I just think Maidana will go all out, Pacquiao will have a point to prove and has not fought somebody who will come to him guns blazing (except for iron chinned Rios) since Margarito who got the living **** beat out of him despite his height and weight advantage... Maidana doesn't have the greatest of chins though his heart is massive obviously. Floyd and Broner match up badly against Chino, Manny will make this an easy fight, there is nothing Maidana does that would trouble Manny.

floyd fans always try to make floyd have the edge in both their similar opponents when pac clearly has the edge because of their different styles. pac fights while floyd boxes. pac will not box maidana like he did rios since maidana fights aggressive which plays well with pac. unpredictable punches will knock maidana out.

Pacquiao is too fast, Maidana has a puncher's chance.
