But i think Torres has the better power. This is a very interesting match up but Torres is AWOL

 

Yeah i think maidana does have the better chin but i think at 140 Torres has to be the hardest banger. Difference is i think Torres folds easier than maidana under pressure. If Torres cant take him out, Maidana will.

NO WAY I DIDNT FORGET THAT FIGHT IN FACT TORRES HAS NOT BEEN GIVEN ENOUGH CRED FOR COMING VERY CLOSE TO KNOCKING OUT COTTO, AND FOR SOME REASON ALL THE COTTO FANS SEEM TO HAVE FORGOTTEN ABOUT THAT FIGHT:huh I LIKE TORRES BUT HES A JUST A GUN SLINGER WITH AN AT BEST AVERAGE CHIN. Err. I'm not sure Torres is the same fighter he used to be. He fought an unknown guy in Colombia and it wasn't too good. He was losing and was KD'd 3 times, sigh... His corner told him in the 10th (last round) that he needed a KO and he got it.

I'm just speculating but he might have lost motivation and didn't train too much after his unlucky loss to Holt and after the third fight was canceled.

Torres gets killed. I saw a bit of his last fight. Unless what I said is true, and maybe he didn't train, then I don't think he has a chance in hell. I saw a little bit of it in a Colombian news show I'm from the city where Torres is from (live in US now though). It was a crazy fight it seems. He KD'd the other guy 3 times in the final round and won. Pinzon has 15 Kos in his 16 wins and it was at a 154 limit, wtf. So maybe that affected him. He was probably out of shape and didn't train and fought at that weight? :think
