Maidana was a prime ATG when Floyd fought him

Maidana is a world class fighter but I don't think he is even elite. His best perceived win is Broner who while has belts in multiple divisions has a very carefully crafted career and has only fought 1 world class opponent Maidana.
Since the Maidana loss Broner has beaten
Carlos Molina- coming off a loss
Taylor- win over fringe contender and a loss
John Molina Jr- Coming off 2 losses
Broner is/was all hype.

back to topic, Marquez is an ATG, but the circumstances of his fight with Floyd (jumping weigh classes, Floyd failing to make weight, etc) will cause Mayweather critics to question the legitimacy of that win
