A good boxer should always beat a 2D puncher like Maidana. I see too many flaws in Maidana he has a poor defence and would be open to Khan's fast long punches alnight, and Ortiz showed us Maidana chin is also not the best. Khan would finish Maidana not let him off the hook like Ortiz.
lol if anything Ortiz, a pretty hard puncher himself, showed just how tough and dangerous Maidana is, even if he is 2d, and that his will is unbreakable. I think Maidana's chances are better against Khan than Bradley honestly. Khan has already shown he can be taken out, and early, where Bradley has shown he can persevere and maintain his wits while still pullin out a W. Yes Khan can box and has power, but its nothing Maidana hasn't dealt with.
Ok thats a possibility, IF he gets Maidana down, he MIGHT be able to finish him. But IF Maidana puts Kahn down, he probably wont get up, but IF Khan does get his spaghetti legs to stand himself up, Maidana WILL finish him.
I agree IF Maidana gets off clean power shots on Khan then its bye bye for him also. The mission is for Maidana to find Khan's chin first. If Khan sticks to a gameplan in out of range getting off fast shots while on the move, Maidana will look like a fool in there.
Bradley is the truth. I will put every penny in my W.Hill account on him for this one. Easy Money. What's the situation with Maidanas back injury, when is this fight scheduled for?
From what I heard, Team Maidana was asking for an extra 30 days or something close to that. Tentatively scheduled for Julyish is the last I heard.
This is a hard one to choose. Maidana has the power to hurt, knock-down, and k.o. Bradley, but he has to catch him a few times. Bradley will always be moving. Strangely enough as the fight goes further, it is advantageous to both boxers. Maidana has more chances to score a knock-down, and Bradley will be slower by then, but at the same time, Bradley is that much closer to running away from this fight with a possible UD.
Fair analysis. But what gets me, is that further down the stretch Maidana's blows will be more and more damaging because of overall accumulation, so Bradley's conditioning will have to come into play if he is to not take punishment down the stretch.
In terms of boxing skill you're correct. In terms of power, Bradley isnt on Maidana's level. Its gonna be interesting whenver it happens thats for sure.
I still say Maidana's youth (energy, relentlessness, etc) will surprise Bradley. He will be broken down late.
