Maidana Would Pole Axe Khan anytime anywhere any place

Absolutely no doubt about it.

 

If only Maidana just bobbed and weaved a little more as "defense" is not a sin in this beautiful sport. the hooks will come so much easier if he can D it up a little more...

Maidana will have problems with the lateral movement of Khan as long as Khan can put the headphones on at the right times and avoid getting cought with a equilibrium breaking head shot. For me Maidana is just to much of a plotter, a strong one at that but a plotter all the same. boxers, like Khan/Alexander, see him coming from a mile away and can time the crap out of him.

 

I'm sorry mate, but I just can't agree. Kotelnik is very correct defensively, but was just to slow in the feet to pin down Khan and land...Maidana is just as slow footed as Kotelnik, if not more so, and will find it equally difficult to pin Khan down. However, Maidana is nowhere near as defensively astute as the Ukranian and will be way more open to the counter. I honestly think that Khan will box his head off and probably stop him...if Khans chin is as bad as people say it is then Maidanas power is going to be meaningless really.
