So what's he's gonna twitter that he's got no "urge" and is goin on vacation now?

WTF? Maidana wants more money than he's ever made but he's got zero facts to prove he's worth it so instead of making a case for more purse, he writes to complain about it.

He has one fact that proves he should get it, he's interim champ. it doesn't matter whether it's more money than he's ever made

If you're boss told you you get 45% of his profits, and every year they make 200k giving you 90k, and then the next year they make 900k and say "no no no, you're not having 405k it its way more than you made last year", You'd complain wouldn't you. This is no different to Maidana

Yep, like almost all boxers who fight for a "world title" for the first time... 9 out of 10 times it's by far their biggest payday yet.
Khan just doesn't want to fight him, that's why he paid him step aside money so he could fight a featherfist and now he's banging on the door again Khan is hiding behind "he isn't my mandatory" and "it's 3x as much as his biggest payday" bs.

Maidana needs to do less crying and more actual taking good fights.

Yeah yeah, you never enforced your mandatory, you're manager screwed you, you're not getting paid enough to sign on the dotted line with Bradley, you're fighting 'Shot Shot' Corley instead and looking like crap.

    Enough with the excuses.

This isn't Maidana's problem. It's GBP's, they cannot afford to make the fight with the money HBO has offered unless they reduce the purse size, which means Khan takes a paycut again, which of course he doesn't want to do

...I don't see how anyone could have a bad boxing year when this year was the home of Prescott/Cuello.

Maidana's letter was rubbish according to Khan.

Khan co-promotes the event so he does have a right to know what goes. He's even taunting Maidana. If he didn't want him, he wouldn't do it.

Maidana is trying to get all he can but he won't. He won't get anything near what he's demanding.

Moneys ****in this sport over big time. There needs to be some whole sale changes to the way negotiations are dealt with.
