But you have to understand PPV.. manny will always have high ppv by himself which is why arum doesn't stack the card. He has a country that stop anything to watch a pacquiao fight. It's very rare you get an american who has america behind him every fight. Floyd does good ppv with a good opponent and and a good undercard and because hes unbeaten.
