Malik Scott is 36-1 at 33yo he could take a safer route towards a title shot, I just can't help but admire Malik Scott courage...knowing Wilder only fights one way...and his opponents always end up KTFO

Whatever happens Malik Scott gets A for Effort, deserves to have his name on Deontay Wilder 31st line...Good luck :thumbsup

Malik Scott got robbed against Glazkov and was having a good showing against Chisora before the unfortunate stoppage. He is a capable HW but lacks the size and punch to deal with Deontay. It's a sin that this is a fight for the #1 mandatory contender spot for the WBC as this should be the level of Talent Deontay should of been fighting over a year ago to crack the top 10 in the rankings not the top spot.

I wouldn't be surprised if Scott hits hard enough to KO Wilder.

I have to admit every route Wilder takes becomes an easy route, he can't help it!...He is possibly the GOAT puncher in the history of human evolution...blame Wilders Mom & Dad for making history to the hottest R&B hit circa Valentines day of 1985 :think

I think Scott plan is to Box perfect 12 rds, planting your feet against Wilder is the fastest way to get KTFO...As Wilder fast twitch muscles react violently...as we seen in 30/30 fights. One thing for sure Michael Scott showing Big heart & bigger balls taking this fight :thumbsup

I am being serious, think of undefeated Mago, one day he is a tough undefeated prospect priming for a title shot...next day its all over & he pretty much paid the ultimate price for unconditional bravery

Wilder is limited to punching power...You can't just coast to a decision with Wilder, the end is always by violent KO, if you want to duck Wilder thats a fight I will not coerce anybody to take...Although I am very curious how Mccall nervous system will react to Wilder punches :think

I was making a joke from that TV show "The Office" because you put Michael Scott instead of Malik Scott.

Wilder refused to fight Thompson, Chisora and Fury. After Scott was knocked out by Chisora, Wilder decided to take the fight. Rumors are that Wilder will make more money if he loses.................Wilder should be fighting Jennings at least...............

This is the key to the whole matchup. When facing guys his size or smaller, he usually exhibits an extraordinary ability to control distance, land the jab at will and set traps using economical movements. Against a big, explosive guy like Wilder however, he won't be able to control distance and his lack of movement will eventually catch up with him against a rangy, athletic bomber like this. Wilder doesn't have close to the experience that Malik does, but he has the length, athleticism and power to exploit this particular matchup.

Boxing is a business and America is starved for an attraction that is why Deontay has been handled with kid gloves. However for a fighter with a 30 and 0-30ko record his competition has been soooo bad, it is alarming. Golden Boy has probably bought his ranking to get him the title as quickly and easily as possible, but the chances of him having a long dominant run are remote at best.
