You shouldn't lose weight that rapid. See a doctor if your losing 4 pounds every training day. Doesn't sound right.

its probably nothing, I can gain and lose 10 pounds in one day. Just keep a steady routine.

See a dietician if you want to find a perfect balance. Otherwise just listen to your body, know when you're hungry and thirsty.

Yeah. Weighing youself at the end of the day is pointless. Just weigh yourself at the same time everyday. Should be in the morning and be sure to eat something and drink lots of fluids after training.

4lbs is nothing.I used to loose 8-10lbs in a week if i wanted by training like an animal and not hydrating enough. When your young your metabolism is much faster.Espcially if your quite light as you are. There was a time when i was very catabolic as my metabolism was going so fast i used to be able to cut weight without even trying hard. The key is just to stay hydrated. If you loose too much water its counter productive and will give you bad cramp.
