    Crappy fight. Perez is leading with the head and Briedis is holding a lot. I have Briedis 58-55.

    MB parrying Perez's jab, lands straight right, and another, blocks returning left from MP, misses with a right, uppercut from MB, clips MP with left hook and spins out, hard straight right from MB, one two from MB, hook to the gut from MB, wild looping overhand from MP misses, uppercut and two straight rights from MB, one two from MB, hard uppercut lands right on the side of MP's jaw, Briedis has finally arrived, his shots are far more accurate now, seems to have found the proper range, and is timing Perez well now.

    Perez is doing alright work with the jab but looked increasingly frustrated every round. Briedis short crisp shots on the inside are catching his attention.

    Perez back to controlling this with the jab in the sixth. Briedis didn't land anything clean that round, Perez good defence when Briedis threw. Perez not too active and not going out of first gear though, might give judges the chance to give Briedis rounds. 4-2. Perez.

    MB pawing with his jab landing straight rights to body, MP winging weak lefts, missing most of them, MB clips him with left hook, they're holding, MP tries two one twos, misses both, more holding from MP, left to body of MB, hard uppercut lands on MP, nasty little left hook to the kidney from MB, hard left hook up top from MB, on two lands from M, Perez starting to look like a fat deer lost in the woods.

    Perez struggles to get into any rythmn. He gets into range but he's being beaten to the punch time and time again. He will get KO'd late.
