Usyk won't be impressed I think

 

First time watching Briedis, not that impressed.

 

So up next WBC/WBO Cruiserweight unification bout, Oleksandr Usyk vs Mairis Briedis!

 

Does briedis have any chance against usyk?

 

Briedis is like a CW Wlad Klitschko.

 

Jeez, Mairis is my man, I simply cannot not be a fan of his but I'm disappointed AF. Sure, Perez is all wrong for him but c'mon man... box, at least try and do something with the left... what's with the move-move-uppercut-clinch tactic? Disappointing.

 

Perez showed he has the skill and did better than those who said he didn't have a chance. But considering that, we have to say he disappointed tonight. He could've picked it up at so many points, could've won it if he showed more fire, essentially gave it away. Maybe he would've done better if he had more world-class experience at cruiser.

 

How ****ing tall is R-Mac? He is dwarfing Briedis. Would like to see R-Mac v Rio Ferdinand.

 

This fight was Klitschko-Povetkin all over again except more boring without knockdowns.

 

Forsure I just miss the Briedis that moved up to Heavyweight to Brutally KO diamond boy

 

What were the fight odds before this fight? I knew Briedis would win this but didn't bother checking the odds because I thought they'd be poor value.

 

He just apologized for this fight, saîd he strugles with south-paws and Perez made his hêad spin

 

I agree, Briedis will reach a point in the fight with Usyk -- probably after four completed rounds --whereby he becomes frustrated and just looks to land one big uppercut. Such crude tactics won't cut much ice with the fistic Cossack, and I think there's even a chance that Usyk can score a late-rounds TKO over Briedis.
