    I'm neither. Everybody knows Brazilians are terrible in boxing. That's because most kids in that country if they're into any combat sports focus on BJJ or MMA which are both massive there, second only to soccer. Boxing is extremely fringe there, disproportionately so, more than anywhere else in the world, hence there's no good coaching programs because they just don't prioritize it/care about it.

    This is common knowledge. Brazilians get KTFO left and right in boxing. That isn't something I just made up.

    There are exceptions like Jofre and Freitas (and currently Falcao) but few and far between. 99% of boxers from Brazil get KTFO when they compete internationally.

    It's not "common knowledge" Freitas is a boxer that first comes to mind he beat Cassaymoyer

    Boxing isn't as big over there but that doesn't mean Brazilians can't be good boxers. Love was once a top 100 boxer that's no easy task you know this
