Im from brazil and the explanation from IB is completely right. I think the other guys got a bit personal and sensitive but it´s a fact that most of the brazilians boxers gets koed outside brazil. And that´s not because of "race" or "nationality" per ser but the fact that those boxers are mostly just part time boxers because they can´t have a decent living fighting in Brazil. A decent fight level of fighter (at the context of brazil) like Josenilson dos Santos spends most of his days as working as a hairdresser. How a guy like that would not be koed against a elite professional boxer?

Brazil does not produce quality boxers. Sure, a half dozen over the last hundred years.

It's like saying, "look at iron jaw Carl Froch, all Brits can take huge shots!"

Thank you! For the record Freitas is among my all time favorites and I hate when people just write him off as having been a quitter. Two nights do not define someone's career, and his epic improbable comeback years later while old and punching high above his peak weight silenced all the doubters.
