kinda sensed an upset coming with this one, based on Briedis' age and inactivity. That and the fact that the Boxing Gods would never allow a world champion to call out Jake Paul and suffer no consequences for it

Opetaia likely would have been KO'd in a different country, ref warns Briedis for Opetaia holding on for dear life. Either way Briedas has seen better days, but I think he can this one back in a rematch.

 

Yeah I think 116-112 is a very realistic scorecard. I would say there were 3-4 clear Briedis rounds, 5 clear Opetaia rounds, the rest were quite close.
