    Why? What the **** is wrong with the Fall? How about September or October? Same goes for AJ-Ruiz II. These guys don't need 7 or 8 months off inbetween matches.

    Al Haymon effect I guess. Make more money per fight and fight less.

    I remember when I was a kid 3 fights a year seemed the norm for a top level fighter. Then it sort of transitioned to 2 fights per year. Now it seems like many of the top guys fight once a year.

    It's not abnormal to go on boxrec and see a top fighter under the year of 2018 have just 1 fight.
