I want to install a double end bag in my home and my garage is a no go. I was wondering if anybody has makeshift or creative ideas on a an affordable way to make my own stand??
IMO, unless you get a hook into cement to attach the bottom cord of the double end bag to, your never going to have satisfactory results. Sorry i cant help you out more.
Just create a cubish mould sort of thing out concrete, bolt a hook onto it. Portable bottom of a stand for a floor to ceiling.
Get yourself a square of plywood- good plywood- and screw in an or ring. This is the base for your bag. You can anchor it by using weights or sandbags. I used to have one in a spare room, anchored like that on the bottom and another O-ring into a ceiling joist up top.
