If you were to make a fight of the year between two boxers from any era which two boxers would you pick? mine would be Pryor vs Margarito. both have excellent chins and relentless styles

Margarito would brutalize Arguello, sorry to say. Alexis never fought above 140, and I'm not convinced a Super Featherweight, even if it's Alexis, could hurt Margarito.

    Margarito vs Mayorga at 147
Sugar Ray Leonard vs Aaron Pryor at 147
Salvador Sanchez vs Marco Antonio Barrera at 126
Erik Morales vs Wilfredo Gomez at 122
Diego Corrales vs Manny Pacquiao at 135

Good picks apart from Hamed vs Barrera II.

They are world's apart in terms of skills and greatness. It'd be another clinic.

Let me guess, your of the opinion that Hamed had lost a few steps by the time the Barrera fight came up? I wouldn't feel to about Hamed getting schooled by Barrera, effectively one of the greatest Featherweights ever, but you should feel bad that Hamed couldn't do what Barrera did, and that is comeback from a devastating loss to shut up his critics. Hamed still has the critics.

Good thing about your great matchups, is that a few of them probably will happen. At least I hope so

I'd bite off Holyfield's other ear to see that fight.
