Make no mistake about it... Floyd Mayweather may fight Sergio Martinez, BUT...

I like Martinez a lot, but the one & only way I see him winning is IFFFFFF he can catch Floyd like Mosley did in rd 2 AND not get gassed. Keep the pressure for a bit longer and maybe, just maybe things could unravel in Martinez favor. If Floyd is able to survive, he will adapt & SM won't have a chance later like he did with Pav. Another thing is Floyd is definitely no PW,, this would be a much harder fight 4 Martinez.

On the other side, Floyd already fought at 154 and Martinez is a 154pound fighter. He was much much lighter than Pavlik at 160. He won because of skill but didn't need to make weight for real.

I see that Martinez is not a shot Mosley who has no stamina.

The future will tell , but i suppose that even prime mosley wasnt as good as martinez.

Mosley is very good fighter but somewhat overrated, in fact if u turned around his biggest wins and losses he would have a better record.(count 2nd dlh fight as an obvious loss)

So if Pac - Floyd doesn't work out, and Floyd fights Sergio, you consider that to be a duck?

He said, losing to the guy that you have less a chance to win against is better than to lose to a guy you're expected to dominate.

Floyd fighting Martinez over Pac is Floyd taking a harder fight, not ducking Pac.

    I doubt it.

Martinez is no chump. I just don't see Floyd dominating this one.

Because NBA is part of the Williams team which is advised by Floyd's mgr lalvin Haymon, I take this as a tip off that Floyd is going to duck Pacquiao and handpick another over 36 yr old in Martinez.

NBA might just have leaked the secret plans of Floyd to duck Pacquiao again which is a sad sad shame on Floyd.

Martinez at 154-160 has the best chance to beat floyd..he is fast, big, able to adapt, skillful, can punch with you, and can think in the ring...

Martinez is 2 inches taller with a reach that's longer by 4 inches.
