The big day is here for WA's own Danny Green.

A win of any type should see him fighting RJJ in Melbourne late this year in a huge event that could give him bosting rights for the biggest aussie fight crowd ever.

Lots on the line for Green hope he puts it together today :good

    Go Greeny :bbb

    What a joke.
He fought an Argentinian bum in the US, and the majority of the crowd were cheering for him. Yeah, real Rocky 4 **** right there.

SUCK IT UP MUNDINE?! Yeah, Danny certainly stuck it to Choc with this one.

I couldn't give a **** about Mundine. He's also a joke, and I have very little time for him nowdays.

Unfortunately I can't say the same for you, as it's obvious that he's still playing on your mind, just like he's still playing on Danny's.

The fact that Mundine is occupying your thought when you should be happy with Danny's win, says it all.

    :smooch

Dannys Performance was worthy of a 10 out of 10 today. Impeccable! Thats the best he can fight. Hes a lot superior to Lacy and should give Jones some problems.

Greens last 2 fights regardless of opponent has shown him to be very sharp and with loads of power.
How good was RJJ......green will have to be about 15% better than today to take it. Green can be a bit to walk up and open at times but his work rate could pose a problem for RJJ.

Green looked ****, can't believe that bum was able to land some shots on him. Jones jr. looked amazing, his combinations and inside work were amazing, something we haven't seen before from him. Lacy reminded me a bit of Green in the Mundine fight, dumb performance but he couldn't really do anything. I didn't think Jones had that in him, Green thought he was going to get a massive payday against a shot fighter in Oz, if they fight and Jones brings that form then Ol' Stiffy is in for a serious beatdown. Looking forward to it now.
