It also depends on how much money you make. If you're a bachelor making 6 figures you can be less selective on PPV buys.
It's not about money. I am not a bachelor but I make decent money and I'm not about to let my wife tell me how I spend it. Just because you make good money doesn't mean you should spend it willy-nilly. I think the reason that Mayweather and Pac finally fought was that fans stop buying every bs fight they had with lesser opponents and the "powers that be" pressured them into fighting.
Far more Americans will be tuning in to the Mets-Cubs game than any boxing match that's been televised in ages. :smoke
"Some interest"? The die hard Cubs fans here are going bat**** crazy. The North Side has been one huge Arkham asylum for the last week...
I'd rather be punched in the face by David and GGG repeatedly than be forced to watch Baseball.:scaredas:
That's fine it's your right to do, I'm just saying that I feel it's not PPV worthy. Like I said earlier if I find a bar to watch it at I'll be there.
If you lived in Chicago, instead of whatever backwood outhouse you call home, then you'd understand exactly what's going on here...
I'm not going to buy it because it doesn't meet the threshhold to me of what I'll pay PPV money for: it's not a must-see event where I feel like I absolutely have to see it as it happens. I'll be just as happy seeing the two main bouts on HBO a week later and won't feel like I lost anything doing it that way. I plan on getting Canelo-Cotto. It's 100 times more interesting to me.
Uggh, I live in one of the largest cities on the east coast. I'm also from the midwest and grew up watching the Cubs. My post had nothing to do with the Cubs and everything to do with how salty you are about GGG.
