The fight was already rumored and seeing how the Lion was just fed the poor Akpejiori, it's only natural for Efe to avenge his countryman and bring his name back into the big leagues.

That will be a good one for both fighters. Sanchez is also something Makhmudov can consider or the other way around.

Makhmudov KO's him early. As crude as he is, a big slow, immobile heavy who's open to right hands is the perfect style for Mak to look good. Ajagba might take it too as he needs a big win to get people to believe him in again.

Probably, but at some point, this might be inevitable. Sanchez is 31, but Makhmudov is 34, so he has less time for big fights and one of them, I believe, is Sanchez.

Ajagba looks a bit like a less-stretched out Wilder with some Jayden Smith vibes.

Ajagba is a noticeably tougher opponent than Akpejiori, but Makhmudov will crush him anyway, Ajagba is too cautious and doesn't use his strength enough...

I just hope Makhmudov is back in the ring soon - hopefully on the August 26th Top Rank card.

I agree, Ajagba would be an ideal opponent for either Makhmudov or Anderson.
