Anatoly enrolled Lomachenko in ballet (or dance) school early on for about 4 years, which I have no doubt is responsible for Lomachenko's extreme athleticism and balance.

In molding a young fighter, I too would incorporate dance. Judo and wrestling for dirty ass clinchers. And baseball (pitching) for arm strength/control.

No road work. Do push ups from the back of your boat.

It's said that young Loma asked his father to teach him how to box. But the elder Loma replied that he would not teach him until young Loma had first studied four years of gymnastics and four years of ballet. Each kept his promise.

When Vasyl is asked what style of boxing he practices, he always says "I practice the style of Anatoly Lomachenko."

Send him to school, dumb fighters (pretty much all of them) reach the peak of their success then lose everything completely it's sad to see unfold

I thought Loma got into boxing at 9 for 4 years. At that point his pops took him out of boxing and put him into ballet until he was 17. From 17 until now, he has been making his way through the sport with grace and elegance as only a true great can! Now he just needs to fight more often.
