I logged on to my online sports betting account today and noticed that I had a whopping $7.50 usd. I had dwindled down to under $5 not long ago, but made my way up to $15 with a little help from Hopkins defeating Wright,Mayweather stopping Hatton, and couple of mma winning bets. I lost $7.50 on Hopkins against Calzaghe a couple months ago. I still think I should have won. I've made a decision to only risk half my account, that way I never go broke. Today, I placed two bets. I wagered $1.87 to win around .23 on Shane Mosley. I don't believe Mayorga's style is suited to defeat Mosley. I liked the odds on Berto vs. Forbes, and wagered $1.88 to win $11+ on Forbes. Forbes' has the right style to defeat Berto, I'm just not sure he is strong enough to pull off the upset. I just couldn't resist +600 on Stevie.
Thanks to Shane Mosley, I only lost $1.55 Berto was too strong, and had the conditioning to impose his strength all fight long. Forbes out countered Berto the first couple rounds, but was lucky if he won two more after that.
