Making the neck stronger/bigger

    How do you increse neck size, strength?
    What excercises can you do to make the neck stronger?

    Theres a couple of exersices out there that help increase size/strength of your neck, I myself found that pullups helped me the most. I seen a pretty significant change in about 6 months, I had a picture taken of me for my college ID in Jan., I had another taken August, and the difference was noticable. I also added a form of a shrug to my workouts, it involves shrugging a barbell to where my shoulders are practically up to my earlobes, I select a weight that allows me to hold this position for 30-40 seconds, I generally do regular shrugs and on my 4th set I do this.

    Chin-up is palms facing you, pull-up is palms facing away.

    A pullup is when your hands are on the outside of the bar, a chinup is where your hands are on the inside of the bar. Pullups target the upper back/trap area more, where chinups tend to target your arms more, especially your biceps if you decide to do it close grip, while keeping your elbows in as much as possible.
