Looking for some advice, I'm trying to cut About 15 pound to fight at light heavy In 11 weeks. I'm starting now so I don't have to kill myself to do it through dehydration and things before it. At the moment I'm 6 feet tall 194 pounds with about 17% body fat!! As well as working a fairly active Job with long hours, I'm running 20 miles a week on top of 3 fairly high intense boxing sessions!! Trying to keep my diet to porridge oats for breakfast, wholemeal pasta with tuna for lunch and chicken with steamed vegetables for my evening meal. Any advice on how to improve this to help me make my weight easily would be appreciated!!
