I'm gonna give that fruit thing a shot, thanx! Weight issues have been the big thing holding me back as far as competition. Lately I've just been training like a maniac and banging around with the heavies, using my speed to stay one step ahead. It'd be nice if I could at least get under 200 without killing myself (ie starvation or massive dehydration).
you gotta remember those guys have EXPERTS working with them on the weight and control. They dont just go to the gym and loose 30 pounds in 7 days.
