I'm supposed to fight in a Long Island tournament soon... I stopped going to the gym for probably 4 months and I'm just getting back to it again. I've been going for the past 2 weeks, 3 times a week. I'm going to start running again as well. Anyway I was walking around at around 175 but most of it is body fat. I now weigh 168 - 170 after starting a diet (probably can go down more). The other day I went running and when I got home I was at 164 so I lost around 4 pounds of water weight. I'm supposed to fight at 165 so should I try to get to 165 by losing the fat or is getting to 165 by losing water weight good enough?
