It was a case of Diaz won the battle and Paulie won the war. Nobody is talking about Diaz anymore but Paulie is still interesting. Paulie I thought won but Diaz had his moments. He landed some good left hooks and applied a good deal of pressure down the stretch. Malanaggi struggles against pressure fighters like Hatton, NDou 2, Cotto, and Ndjojo (spelling?). There is no need for the rematch. He should take the momentum and the hype of the robbery he got and moved on. People will be more interested in Malanaggi then Diaz. What if Diaz wins. Then Paulie would look like a big fool. 2 losses in a row and any credit he gets from the robbery to get a big fight diminished. Also Paulie against Khan or Bradley is so more interesting and why delay.

I see this fight as a meaningless fight between two guys with almost no power going nowhere fast in the sport. I probably won't watch this fight predictable and boring.

    Good points, man.

I hate to say it, but a lot of the time the 'robberies' are a win-win for both fighters.

This was another case where the fight could have gone either way, but once you hear the scores? You know that the outcome was predetermined.

This should be a good throwdown, but I hate to see Diaz take so much punishment. He eats way too many shots.

Paulie's claim to victory is knowing how to get his ass kicked.

He got two gifts prior to the Diaz fight, and cried robbery in a close fight where he fought like the ***** that he is.

There is only so much punishment a fighter could take against a slapper like Paulie. His face was not a true indication of taking a beating. Diaz took shots from Paulie but no beating, the damage that was done to him was from Campbell and Marquez. I think Diaz edged Paulie out in their fight by 1 point, and I really think he will win the rematch unless the judges try and get justice for paulie based on the Texas Judges. Bottom line the only controversy was the Wide scoring for Diaz, those scorecards were absurd but the right guy won, even a draw would have been fair.

Paulie is not gay. Other people say he's gay and where there's smoke there's fire but I'm not trying to start controversy I'm just saying something weird about him in terms of gayness.

I think Diaz will win, Malignaggi fought at his maximum against Diaz and it was still an extremely close fight, Diaz will probably put more pressure on next time.

In that fight Malignaggi made Juan Diaz fight his fight so it looked like he was dictating the action but the problem there is he was missing a lot of his shots, so even though he looked like he was winning because he was controlling the pace of the fight he was not that effective landing and Diaz definitely deserved a draw imo.
