I really do like Paulie.. He is always extremely respectful to his opponents after his fights..

After the Hatton fight he gave Ricky some Blue Moon beer..

i think he is good for boxing...if he drops all the clowning. you can get away with that when you earn the right...then its fun . if you havent earned the right, then youre an ass.
i like knockouts like anyone else, but i also appreciate a guy like paulie because he knows going in the other guy has an advantage of power, but it makes it interesting because he does have very good boxing skills....but unless he learns a few new tricks, the elite guys who have power and come at him, will probably win....

He is a smart guy. Yeah, he is a little different. But Hey!! How many black fighers talk a lot of **** and wear all that "bling bling" and nobody says ****. He is italian from brooklyn. He has a personaliity. I think he could do some comedy on TV after his fighting days are over. Just like Tony Danza.

Paulie's always classy, whether he wins or loses, and he was completely justified in complaining about the Houston robbery. It's good to see him back in his original form, moving and outboxing his opponents. But I don't think he'd have a chance against Bradley.

Well I'm from Brooklyn and believe me every ****in Italian out here from Bay Ridge, Sheepshead bay and Staten Island act and talk the same way he does... very fast, cocky and flamboyant so I guess I'm used to it. I like Paulie and I'm glad he got a fair shake but Ricky Hatton? C'mon the guy was a heavyweight last time I saw him on T.V. and Juan Manuel Marquez? I love JMM but I think his career is near it's end. Malignaggi vs Khan is that fight I'd like to see.

JMM marquez does not match up well with a "BOXER" at this age and time in his career...im not a big fan of paulie, but he beats JMM right now...and also people keep forgetting he is fighting out of his natural wieght class, he doesnt need to be in there with an 140 pounders....

Yeah, he could be the next Quadruple Threat. Just like Danza he could be a failed boxer, singer, actor and talk show host.

Absolutely!! He is one of my favorites right - as much for his personality as for what he does in the ring. He speaks his mind and is entertaining.

Love him or hate, boxing needs more guys like Paulie!!

Malignaggi's ex-trainer Buddy McGirt stopped the Hatton fight when it was obvious to everyone Paul was able to go the distance. McGirt ruined Paul's proud record of never having been stopped, and he was very angry at him for that. I'm glad he got a new trainer.
