DLH was a static target, Pac might as well have been in the gym punching mits. Hatton gained more for fighting a natural 140lb out fighter.

ricky fought same way he always had at his reigning weight class against a feather fisted tom cat who got his ass beat by herman 2 fights prior. there was no test for hatton for he did what he was suppose to do as the favorite going into the fight.

pac on the otherhand moved up to WW for the 1st time as big underdog. and the question or major test was how would the additional weight affect his speed/power/stamina which was all answered night of the fight.

the only question that wasnt really answered was how pac would take a punch from a naturally bigger guy.

    I`d pick the horse ****.

  6. You could say exactly the same for the other fight; Oscar had nothing in his arsenal to bother Manny. I'm not convinced by your argument for Hoya. It may be true; but not for that reason.

  7. Me too. Horse **** smells way better than dog ****.

Malignaggi for putting up a fight but the majority of people said Hattons pressure would win him the fight,

The Oscar fight is great too because of the upset but the match itself was a disgusting view on Oscars behalf.

Did you think that Hatton would stop Malignaggi though?

Both didn't have a good test. But as someone said earlier, the horse **** is better, which in this case is Malignaggi. They both dominated their opponents which made their fights so lopsided that they were not challenged at all. At least Malignaggi was able to hit Hatton from time to time though it was not the fault of Pacquiao that Oscar can't hit him.

Paulie had an injury to carry- Hatton was still making mistakes and getting hit. Pac did leave himself open against DLH but of course was not punished. I see either a late stoppage by Pac due to cut or closed eyes or Hatton mid fight stoppage with body shot.

Oscar was expected to be a huge test and a huge favorite to win, if not retire Pac, while Paulie was expected to be no more than a speed bump. Horse vs. dog **** makes both fights pretty irrelevant as tests, though.

The real test will be each other, which happens to make it even more exciting. Boxing fans of all stripes win by UD.
