i MIGHT be inclined to agree with this... HOWEVER- paulie had this same sentiment of cotto during his Hatton fight as well when asked how he would handle Hatton's pressure and clubbing inside fighting. I wish i had the source video for it- but its out there, i assure you.

he is the one that said in boxing you use as many dirty tricks as you can get away with.

Zab had him hurt the first round before he threw a low blow to stop the slaughter. Its a PR trait . Seriously

Cotto can be dirty he picked up Urkal when he got frustrated in their fight low blowed Zab and slammed Clottey down as well.

there's enough video of cotto out there. produce the evidence.

outside of a low blow here or there...i can't call him dirty. i don't believe his low blows were intentional either.

What you saw was an orthodox fighter stepping to the outside of a southpaw fighter's lead foot in order to land his left hook. There was no "slamming" of any kind, deliberate or accidental.

Like Paulie said, Cotto's really good at cheating, I said "trying to" by the way.

    agreed.

Cotto also went deliberatly low against Zab when he found out Zab was too fast. That aside though i still dont think Zab would of won without the low blows but it would of been more competitive.
