I'm pretty sure everybody watching boxing 4 a 1st time that night was instantly made a fan.... not to mention any MMA fan watching that will probably never again go back to watch MMA...:yikes

 

Seriously though, I can't see myself buying a ppv from any of these two (Devon or T Bradley) in the next millenium!

 

Malignaggi was wayyy more competitive in this fight then he gets credit for, He won at least 4 rounds!

I'm behind Paulie in every fight. He took what Cotto had when everyone said he couldn't take it. Paulie is the man.

Shame that people on here and most boxing fans don't appreciate him. If Paulie had power I'm sure it would be different. He probably would have beaten Cotto and I'm a HUGE Cotto fan.

To be fair he brings most of it on himself by the **** he says. After the Cotto fight I don't think you'd find too many people who didn't get his respect. Unfortunately he's talked a lot of offensive crap since and not made amends for it.

Calling Hatton a bum and a club fighter, then still today refusing to give Hatton credit for making Paulie himself look a C-class fighter.

There were those baseless PED allegations against Pac. That alone would be enough to get whole country and Pac's massive fanbase against him.

Also makes excuses for his losses, firing his entire corner after the Cotto fight, then blaming and firing the guy he replaced them with, McGirt, after the Hatton loss. Also cried and blamed corruption for the Diaz loss.

He is tough in the ring, if not only for taking a good beating. Outside of it though he is a whinger and a **** talker who's tried to bring down other more successful fighters and who refuses to accept responsibility for his own shortcomings. Those type of characters don't get much love in general.

 

Paulie's got heart.....can't fight a lick really at the professional level......but he does have heart and that is saying something.
