I do find it funny that Malignaggi's having a go at Guerrero when he's just pulled out of a fight with Viacheslav Senchenko claiming he'd be getting underpaid - despite Senchenko's promoters putting up a larger purse bid than GBP - but I understand him being worried about the judging in Ukraine. (Even though I doubt that's the real reason.)

Guerrero's publicist isn't all that smart. Malignaggi actually stated the fight was proposed as a featured undercard bout for Mayweather/Cotto - and yet one of the reasons Guerrero is reportedly turning the fight down is because HBO or Showtime wouldn't approve it unless it was part of a PPV?

I'm not really sure where Guerrero's team are getting the idea that he's a bonafide main event fighter from. Sure, Maidana/Guerrero was to be an BAD main event - but prior to that was Guerrero not still at the level of being featured on PPV undercards?
