I have to say Paulie Malignaggi actually won the first fight with Juan Diaz. Malignaggi did show the fight fans that he has only gotten better since. Diaz fought well as he won several early rounds. Other fans saw him winning the fight. What do you have to say, will the rematch go toe-to-toe like the first fight?

i like a motivated malgnaggi in this one. Much like last nite's fight, the 1st was a close fight that couldve gone either way. the problem was the 1 very disparate scorecard. I had Malignaggi winning, but I couldnt call it a flat robbery. I think Paulie needs to stay busier and keep the jab in Diaz's face and maybe land some flush rights if the hand isnt a problem. Diaz is Diaz, he will stay on PM and pressure him into getting into sustained exchanges. I think Paulie's speed is the biggest single weapon in the fight, but he needs to use it from start to finish.

The thing about the first fight was that Malignaggi got tagged because of his own mistakes, not because of Diaz's skill. Meaning that Paulie just has to keep moving and he will take an easy win, there's not much Diaz can do, he has alot of trouble with the up jab, the handspeed and the footspeed of Paulie and he doesn't have enough power to stop him. Paulie will take a wide UD.
