Malignaggi vs. Khan: Who ya got?

LOL, I won't be holding my breathe. I just know the ability to take a punch is similar to the ability to punch hard, either you got it or you don't. Khan does not have a good chin.

I really dont see how people can say Kahn stops Paulie. He had a broken jaw against Cotto and carried on, and was only pulled out by his corner after the beating he took against Hatton (something he felt was out of order as he could have carried on). These two have more power than Kahn,so what makes every1 think that he can get him out of there?

I see a close fight, and with Paulie's new corner, i have to lean towards him, but i would not be surprised if Kahn was to win.

 

Will probably be a TKO if there is one....accumulation of punches... can see it happening.

Paulie wins by stoppage. Khan doesn't have the power or accuracy to trouble his rock solid chin.

 

Khan UD. Malignaggi can't hurt Khan, but Khan can't KO Magicman neither.

 

Paulie Malignaggi is extremely good. What a dangerous fight for Khan to take.

First off lets think about Khans trainer. He is the master of picking fighters that look his fighters look good with the least (or at least a low) amount of risk. Roach knows Khan will beat him, which is why he has taken the fight on. Roach taking on the fight alone gives me total confidence that Khan will win. Its his U.S Debut and he would not take a risk, especially at this stage in Khans career.

Secondly Lets look at their skill level. People who think PMM is going to Outbox Khan probably have not watched his fights as closely as i have. Khan is a great boxer. His new in out style is very quick, but he can also stand and trade. Vs a weak puncher like PMM expect to see him unload quick power punches with his full weight. If he brawls it will be a ratio of 3 maybe four punches to PMMs 1. Combined with his relativley good power he will hurt and possibly stop PMM.

Khans only weakness is his chin. but he has a good defence now, not to mention the fact that PMM is a very weak puncher.

Also if Khan took Hatton on when he fought PMM (when Hatton was not at his best) how can you say that Khan wont do the same. Khan can really Maul his opponents. This Blue print worked for Hatton so it can also work for Khan. You just need to watch his career before Roach took over. He still has this in his arsenal and i expect him to utilise it vs a weak puncher like PMM.

Trust me on this one. Khan will not loose. More likely a UD but i would not be surprised to see PMM get KO`d.

I think Khan and it won't even be close. Has Malignaggi on everything but chin and I don't see that as being a factor for obvious reasons. They picked Paulie for a name and better intro to the US. Khan very well might win by a stoppage. Paulie has a helluva a chin but it might be a stoppage the likes of the Hatton fight. He'll be taking so much damage here, I think. I give Paulie almost no shot. It would really, really surprise me if he pulled this off.

Roach is going to let Khan off the leash and trade as Paulie is not a big puncher this will be fireworks in New York but it ant 4th July.

Paulie is in for a beating of his life trust me.
