Malignaggi VS Ngoudjo RD 7

As unpopular as this may be, i had malignaggi winning 115-113.

 

unpopular because the guy has so many haters, but he did win the fight nontheless. I believe I scored it 115-113 also and that was being nice to Herman cause there were a few really close rounds that i gave to him when really they should go to the champ

 

No one I dislike more in the boxing world than PM. I can't even find the words to say how little I like him...

 

Why? Is it because of how he looks and thats it? Cause the man is fantastic at the sweet science; you can't deny that

i felt as though ngoudjo was ineffective with his pressure a lot even though he came on strong in some rounds.

by the way, nice avatar and signature. gamboa is a future p4p star!

 

btw, for the way he looks, paulie can sure take a beating like a man!

 

He's a decent boxer no doubt, but attitude and personality go a long way in sports, especially one like boxing. Paulie has neither of them. Plus who the hell does their hair before a fight...

 

i'm no fan either, but i try to be impartial and objective when scoring a fight or talking about a fighter. my least favorite paulie comment: "floyd would beat ray robinson"

 

You know it. Gamboa is going to be unstoppable. I think he could hold a belt tomorrow if he wanted to. Anyways though I also rate Hermans pressure as "mostly" ineffective in this fight also. The people giving him handfuls of rounds probably also gave Hatton a ton of rounds against Mayweather also for just pressuring, even though it was mostly ineffective and he was being countered from all angles. This fight isn't a landslide but it isn't a robbery. Keep in mind that Paulie had an "off fight" too (for whatever reason); expect to see him fight better from here on out

 

same here. a fight with ricardo torres or kendall holt would be very interesting.

gamboa has faced pretty decent opposition thus far. the way he beats them is extremely impressive. give it 10 months or so and he'll be a titleholder.
