    i say witter.
    he has a enough slickness punch and tricks that will be able to beat malignaggi.

    paulie is a good boxer but is more of a counterpuncher but with his low power witter has a chance of just bull rush him.

    Witter KO'd Harris who I prefer to Malignaggi...albeit a faded Harris but Witter can hit hard when he decides to actually punch
