He hasn't fought in a year. He is old and he never been the big KO artist. He could beat Paulie but I don't think it's a easy fight in this stage in his career. In his prime this would be easy but now I'm not that sure. To be honest he should retire and begin his life as a full time promoter.

Paulie has a better shot than Judah or the other two.

DLH has little left and PM has no right hand.

Oscar wins early rounds, loses the later rounds, and its another Golden decision. One that should be earned but might be GIVEN anyway a la Sturm if there is a connecting payday.

I'm not sold that Malignaggi couldn't outbox this version of DLH at 147. Power is not necessary....and Malignaggi for his lack of power is tough otherwise.

i think we all know who the REAL drag queen is between these two fighters and he aint from Brooklyn. I see this fight like the Sturm fight where Paulie outboxes him, but DLH's 30 second flurries gives him the controversial decision.

I wouldn't give Malignaggi much of a chance at all.

I hear ya. But Malignaggis achilles heel is his right hand. He has NO POWER whatsoever in it. So he's basically a 1 handed fighter. Fortunately for him? His left is sweet and he knows how to box.

Yet, when facing Top level guys, even past it ones like DLH? Its hard to pull the win with 1 hand. Based on the Ngoudjo performance? It'll be a close fight and Malignaggi could get Sturmed even if he wins.

Yep, it's sad watching some of these guys beg Oscar for a match by bravado.

I want Paulie to be hurt that bad so that he keeps his dirty mouth shut - what does he has to say about Ngoudjo's right hands in that seventh round and the way Cotto left his face in that miserable state? He is not funny at all, Hatton is funny - he is a scrappy dude that never shuts up... Can you believe that I already had a nightmare with the voice of this guy persecuting me?

Paulie's on the list for one reason just like Forbes:

Their slick boxing style is pretty similar to Floyd's and as they have to come up from JWW Oscar doesn't need to take a big risk while getting a good sparring session for September.

If Oscar wants a good and easy tune-up fight to get prepared for Mayweather, he should choose Forbes. But if he wants to take a little more risk, give a pretty interesting fight to the public and a perfect matchup in style it all Paulie.

Mayweather and Paulie are the same size. Same reach. Same slick style. Same speed. Good defense for both. Of course there's a good 3 levels between the two but Malignaggi would be a good and real test for Oscar.

By the way Oscar isn't bigger than Paulie by much and the Magic Man is a world champion so Malignaggi would be a better choice IMO.

Spinks would make a better sparring partner, put a better belt on the line, bring in more money, and be more competitve.
