Paulie has skill just no power and bad hands, I think he will stay in the top ten and possibly win a championship, he is tough and his style can fluster most fighters on a given day.

If Paulie had a semblence of a right hand and better footwork, there's no telling how decent he'd be, but his right hand is gone, though his jab is a great punch and he has a chin. I feel he can come back and come back big.

The Ngoudjo fight basically showed that you don't even have to be that good of a fighter to beat him. If you can box a little you have a chance. Throw in the fact that you can take more chances against him because of his lack of power and you have a very beatable fighter.

He reminds me of Fernando Vargas. A very good fighter who just couldn't beat the top dog's in his division. This is excluding Ricardo Mayorga of course.

Rees would be a good fight for Paulie he is the only guy around with even less pop than Paulie.

Fernanado Vargas is a much better fighter than Paulie. Vargas actually beat several good fighters and gave Tito and Hoya good fights. Paulie has two good wins over B level comp and got beat down by the two A level fighters that he took on.

I think he should fight Rees next. Easy fight for malignaggi against a former belt holder. Wont get caught with any powerful shots and can look good taking rees's gameplan apart.

Paulie could fight someone like M'Baye or Branco to get back on track. Even Rees, as someone mentioned, wouldn't be too bad.
