Malik Bouziane has pulled out of the scheduled EBU Bantamweight title bout on 03.03.2012 with Jamie McDonnell with an unspecified injury. Not a bad replacement, Mundo Hispano champ so he's got credentials... TBH Bouziane bores me so it's not upsetting although it would of been interesting to see how McDonnell dealt with him.
It's as bad as when he was meant to fight Pozo a year ago. It's not the worst they could have got last-minute but it's a shame, Bouziane would have been a good test. McDonnell's been on a good run but hasn't fought since September so it's unfortunate.
