Comes across okay but still deluded about the cheating excuses. Has to tread a fine line with the boss I know. :sisi2:

I'm not sure I totally buy Wilder's rubbery leg routine. Trying to sucker Fury into thinking he's done when it lasts 7 rounds.

Yep. They got a new trainer to address some of the big pitfalls from the 2nd fight loss. I didn't expect Wilder to turn in to Ali in a year or so but I expected some of the most obvious flaws to be improved. Wilder is so upright on the ropes and then puts his head down to the right where Fury can hit him right on the ear or side of the head where it is a devastating punch. Then he swings too wide with hooks and turns all the way around, and Fury demolished the side of his head. These are some of the toughest punches to recover from and do a lot of damage. It also seems that they didn't have sparring partners going at Wilder to push and bully him in training. Every time Fury came with the 1-2, Wilder didn't step back properly or to the side and was right at end of the punches. If that's a good preparation for Wilder, I don't know what a failure would look like.

Maybe they included it in the public sparring footage to throw people off track?

Malik is clear that they were are at war, which means you don't give the enemy any useful info if you can help it?

There isn't a trainer born from their mother who can train Deontay Wilder to beat Tyson Fury

Fury should be 3-0 against him on his own soil and the only reason he's not 3-0 (3 KOs) is because Fury sent his muscle atrophied grandfather's shot ghost to deputize for him in the first fight

He barely trained at all for Saturday nights fight after contracting Covid and spending two weeks sleeping on the ICU floor when his newborn was gravely ill for goodness sake. The only fight in the trilogy he turned up in decent shape for was the second one and The Tuscaloser didn't have a single moment of success in that one at all. It was a one-sided beat down from start to finish.

As many people said, you can look as good as you want punching pads and heavy bags, but once your in there with an ogre coming at you - it's pretty ****ing hard.

Fury and Sugar hill said multiple times that Wilder would revert to type as soon as he gets clipped and he did.
