Who would of beat tyson that night, were talking, SO i will say Danny williams.
Holyfield is diffrent, i think he wasn't a shot fighter, old yes shot no. I would say these boxer would of had a chance to get a draw against holyfield at the time, byrd, aryola, sanders (very game in his vitali fight), just to name a few. You have to rememeber at the time those fights, it did more for holyfield then lewis, lewis was expected to win, an holyfield came on like a champ, just imagine holyfield at 4 years younger vs this PRIME lewis, this holyfield who less then a year later from lost to ruiz.

30 million is very important part of it, HBO wanted it to be PPV, an the # were talking about then were big, also keep in mind lewis said he wanted to fight roy jones, an there had been small talks,,,,,But after the vitali fight all you heard was about retirment. He passed up alot of money, an big fight with Jones, for retirment right after this close fight,,,,That tell all, right there

Tyson is a bigger name then anybody Vitali or Wlad fought, i will give you that, no question. But he was shot. You know, shot, yea , but he was shot. :D

I was asked for speed and power , if you can post anything to prove either brother is faster or has better footwork than Lewis I am waiting.

Now on the the worst poster of all time , do you realise that you have compared Ray Austin to Oliver McCall.

The mirror must be a hard place for you to look today.

A good post my friend, but the point exactly the most dangerous name that Vitali has faced as you put it aside from Lennox is Danny Williams. Doesnt that tell you the difference , the absolute gulf in resume's. Dont get me on Wlad getting embarrased by Sanders can never be forgotten, and if I am not mistaken his big brother had to set the record straight not him!!

Man , the brothers have great rule over the heavyweight division, but are not great. Lewis was and will be remembered .

    Lewis by a longshot.
If the klits had to fight the same kind of opposition that Lewis went through they would have several losses on their records.
These guys are just lucky to be around in the worst thinnest weakest era of heavyweight boxing, ever!!!!

The truth is both guys are top 10 all time in the punch category. Both of them have tremendous right hands. Lewis had a devastating uppercut and wlad has a devastating left hook.

I would say they are very close overall. Malik Scott may have been hit harder by Lewis, but if you ask 10 guys you would probably get 10 different opinions and in the end I would imagine each guy would get close to 5 votes out of 10.

You got some nerves. What about Lennox getting KTFO by McCall with one ****ing Punch and the glorious rematch. thats embarrassement as it comes..

And Utterly KTFO by Hasim Rahman, all the life and death battles wit guys like Zeljko Mavrovic. Lennox is over rated.

    Thanks for the compliment

Now lewis is a man who new when to fold them, new when to run away when it came to Vitali. I mean throw a shot tyson, a holyfield who was just a year shy of a life an death fight with ruiz he is all over it. He knew if he couldn't beat holyfield the judges would give it to him an ruiz would get the record straight for him. Holyfield, there is another warranted rematch.

Did Lewis beat McCall and Rahman in rematches? Simply yes or no will do.

Life and death battle with Mvrovic???? did you watch the fight and didnt pull that usual boxrec **** that other kids do on here?

Sanders embarrased Wlad and cleary had his number. Sanders by the way was overweight and a part time boxer , not exactly hall of fame material. Now if Wlad was to come back and knock sanders out , then I would say ' fair play' but his big ****ing brother had to do it for him!!!

Man I like Bute (which is your name on here) and can respect another persons point of view , but you have still to get me two names either brother has beaten worthy of mentioning, and come on Holyfield Lewis III Holyfield is a legend but was beaten twice in most peoples opinions that is unless your name is Don King or Eugenia Williams.

Sanders is the best fighter Wlad fought and Lewis is the best fighter Vitali fought. Both lost.
