It was a 20-minute public (as in publicity) workout session for the main fighters on the card: each guy was scheduled for 20 minutes, one right after the other. Basically they shadowboxed for a couple of rounds and maybe light mitts or hit the heavy bag. All for show, probably going 75 percent speed or maybe 50 percent. They were all at the same gym at the same time, basically, or overlapping. Not a real workout, just for show.
