Mallignaggi Can He Beat Hatton???

Malignaggi can certainly beat Hatton. Paulie has the skills to match up with someone like Hatton. Ngoudjo really didn't put constant pressure on Paulie. This forced Paulie to be the agressor at times, and he failed miserably. Hatton will come at him the whole time. Paulie has a good jab, good footwork, and showed a good counter hook at times against Ngoudjo. This is precisley what you need to beat a charging fighter with little regard for defense or a jab. Now, given Paulie's lack of power, his defensive lapses, and lack of offensive arsenal, I could certainly see Hatton outworking him, and winning a decision or possibly getting a stoppage. At the same time, I would not be suprised at all to see Paulie grind out a decision.

 

For sure...if he bring good money for the judges !!! NGOUDJO 117-112...

No, is the short answer to that one.....when I saw Malignaggi V Cotto I thought he may cause Hatton problems but he looked like **** in his latest fight, I think Hatton would walk through him and stop him in the mid-rounds.

 

Malignaggi can beat Hatton.

My money says he won't. Ricky would carve through him.

 

Pauli is kind of slick but I was unimpressed with what was supposed to his biggest atrribute which was his speed. I give Hatton the speed advantage here and should be able to handle PM. If I was Hatton though Id make that loud mouth cross the pond for a proper beating at M.E.N . After all Hatton is the draw and Pauli isnt going to pack any house on his own even the MSG crowd was a Cotto packed venue

Paulie can beat Hatton. If he couldn't they wouldn't talk about this fight. Paulie last fight was a bad night for him. The same way Hatton had a bad night when he fought Collazo. This will be a good fight and I wouldn't be surprised if Paulie wins. Hatton should be the favorite but in reality this is a 50/50 fight.

 

I can't see him beating Hatton. Hatton would be too strong. Late stoppage imo.

 

Paulie is very quick and can take punches but I don't think he will win against Hatton, besides his power is nowhere to be found but he will cause Hatton problems with his speed and also I don't think Hatton wins by KO. Just my opinion

Mallignaggi also not to bright if he thinks he has a chance in hell.
He wouldnt even make a suitable sparring partner.
His --- Cant Break an Egg / Run Like a Rabbitt style wont draw flies.

 

Now that he fights and steal fights like Ruiz did. He can beat anybody.

 

I always thought this was a ridiculous matchup. Hatton is a class or 2 above Paulie.
