Maidana has already signed to fight someone else he is not available. This fight is ok, Malignaggi beat Juan Diaz, arguably twice, and Diaz was a top fighter. So I think this fight is ok, personally I thought Marquez was a far harder fight then Maidana but Marquez ducked Khan so what can you do.
he doesn't have much choice right now. Malignaggi probably is the best available opponent and still a goodopponent but not one that can test the Khan chin theory.
i don't think paulie is that good of a counter puncher to deal with the speed of khan. i hope i'm wrong though cuz i like paulie for some odd reason.
^ why? Just because khan isn't fighting Maidana? What do you expect all the abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz belts in boxing promotes ducking and cherry picking from all angles and directions. At least Khan isn't fighting some super mega joke opponent.
I may be in the minority, but I kind of like this fight. Lots of speed. Should be alot of action. Paulie is tough so he should be able to finish on his feet, he's got no pop so he probably won't test Khan's chinny chin chin. Could be a close fight. I think Khan by UD.
i hope this fight doesnt happen, its got boring decision written all over it, paulie is tough so i cant see khan finishing him or vice versa. then again if i suffer from insomnia this will prove a good watch
i like this fight alot because its a clash between two punks that have big ego's. Paulie won't be afraid to punch and Paulie has a strong chin. he might get caught off guard and dropped onto the canvas because speed can do funny things to fighters chins, but I think that paulie can be rather competitive against Khan but not enough to win rounds. Its a good stepping stone for khan, and if he loses then we know he is just hopeless lmao. i think khan wins easily though.

Paulie is a legitimate 140pounder who has good height/reach which near resembles Khan's. He's not over the hill at all. If anything, he's better than ever. It doesn't really excite me that much but it's better than JMM who has small arm length/height length in comparison to Amir Khan. Now that's what you call a mismatch, not AK VS PM LOL.
