This fight aint been made official tho.

everyones right Khan must fight Madaina or hes just gonna look like a mug. Fighting feather fisters like paulie or little men such as juan manuel is just cowardly. Hes losing repect by the minute...

I want khan to fight maidana and if hebeats maidana he should try and avenge his loss to prescott. i don't care if you guys think prescott is in the past or if he sucks. he KTFO khan, and that should be avenged.

Coming off the Salita fight, Khan fighting Malignaggi is much more reasonable than him facing Maidana; that kind of a step up is not needed just yet.

And if this fight indeed becomes official, Berto will need a new dance partner since he was in apparent negotiation with Paulie. How bout matching Berto against Hatton and making Khan-Malignaggi as the co-feature? Khan and Hatton are both GB fighters and Berto and Malignaggi both fight for Dibella so logistically this could work.

it was good enough for Cotto and Hatton, I got no problem with this fight at all, could be good.

    I pick Khan to win.

Although I don't agree about JMM being so much of mismatch for Khan, I do agree that neither is Paulie. He may not test Khan's chin, but he will test his boxing skills. I wouldn't underestimate Paulie's chances in this fight. He will be the underdog, but he has a chance to win this fight.

Hahahaha your off your nut aint ya?

Malignaggi is FAR more proven and at his prime, he would start off favourite. Khans just a paki. Stani who still needs to a prove himself in America. Glad the khan Marquez fights off!

    Americans -

You finally get a British fighter who is willing to come to America early in his carear (Hatton and Calzaghe take notice) and you still have to slate him for not fighting Madina?

How about cuting the young kid some slack? You're always saying British fighters are overprotected, not good enough compared to American fighters and never fight the best.

Khan is 22, has left his beloved Bolton behind to train with Freddie Roach in the Wild Card, hardly gets to see his parents, which being a very proud Musilm is extremly difficult for him to do.

He signed with Golden Boy to get the best fights, to earn respect from American fight fans, to eventually fight the best people out there at the young age of 22.

He's not even in his prime yet, and is calling out Maggenalli, the ex IBF Light welterweight champion who beat Diaz and has a good resume.

Why is that not good enought for you? Cut the kid some slack. I know you want him to fight Madina, and that fight will come just be patient

Just apreciate a Briish fighter finally having the guts to come to America early in his carrear to fight the top fighters, I for one wish more British fighters wold do the same, instead of padding their records against meaningless opponents

I like this fight, but I don't think it's only Americans who don't like it. Alot of Brits don't respect Malignaggi's ability after his horrible performance vs Ricky Hatton. They see Paulie as beneath Khan's ability from what I've read on ESB.

Comparing the spelling and grammer above with that on Khan's Twitter account I would say that Hitman-Fan is either Khan or one of his joyboy 'mates/fans' that he lets speak for him.

Khan vs Paulie should be entertaining enough though. Feather-fisted Paulie stands a chance of his first KO stoppage in a longtime if he can get to Khan's glass jaw behind his questionable defence. He just needs to find an answer to the speed.

i've warmed up to this fight. Interesting to see Khan's performance in comparison to his countryman's ass whipping of Paulie.
